Terms and Conditions for Participation in the National Road Safety Mission for Kids and Youth:

  1. Eligibility: Open to students in grades 1-8 who are enrolled in the program. Compliance with age and grade requirements is mandatory.
  2. Registration: Completion on the NRSM website by April 30, 2024, is required, with accurate and comprehensive information provided.
  3. Conduct: Participants must uphold integrity and honesty during the Olympiad, avoiding any misconduct.
  4. Data Use: Personal data will be handled according to NRSM’s Privacy Policy, mainly for program and Olympiad administration.
  5. Intellectual Property: NRSM retains ownership of provided content and materials, which are intended solely for educational use.
  6. Liability: NRSM disclaims liability for direct or indirect damages incurred through participation.
  7. Changes: NRSM reserves the right to amend terms or cancel events as needed.
  8. Agreement: By participating, you accept these terms and conditions.
  9. Participation Fee: Non-refundable, it supports the resources and materials offered in the program.
  10. Gratification: State and national level winners receive awards, with all participants and championing schools acknowledged.
  11. The curriculum based on is informed by guidelines and public advisories from UN SDG 3.6, WHO (Road Safety Coalition), the Ministry of Road Transport, NHAI, and various Indian state traffic police departments.
  12. Affiliations: We are not affiliated with the UN, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, or NHAI. All logos are the property of their respective owners.

By registering, students, parents, and school management acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth for participation in the National Road Safety Mission for Kids and Youth.
